The Weirdest Dreams ©2006 Marla Lewis Once I dreamed I lost my nose I went looking every place I found my best friend and I froze ‘Cause my nose was on his face! I yelled, “YOU STOLE MY NOSE!’ He smiled and said, “That’s TRUE!” I woke up with a start And I ran to the mirror--Whew! I have the weirdest dreams Weirder than science fiction Put ‘em on the silver screen Betcha I’d make a million! Just before I fall asleep I wonder what’s in store Will I turn to liquid And splatter on the floor? Once I dreamed the whole wide world Started walking on their hands! We had a race, boys against girls And we even learned to dance But we got stuck that way I said, “HOW WILL WE EAT???” And then I saw kids practice Holding hot dogs with their feet! (Pass the mustard, please!) I have the weirdest dreams Weirder than science fiction Put ‘em on the silver screen Betcha I’d make a million! Just before I fall asleep I wonder what’s in store Will we all talk backwards Will ducks move in next door? Hey all you kids out there! With weird dreams, too!
